Waage Surveying was formed to provide quality surveying and mapping services to it's clients and to give them the ability to deal directly with it's registrants at all times.  We believe having our professional registrants performing the hands on work of the design and field data management provides a much higher quality product than many firms which only have one  registrant supervising a staff of  technicians.

General Qualifications

Richard Waage has been an Arizona RLS since 2004.  His expertise lies in GPS, Cadastral, Boundary, Alta surveys and construction staking.  He also has extensive experience in topographic and aerial photogrammetric control.  His eight years of experience has made him proficient with the Sectionalized Land System and State Plane Coordinate systems (all three zones).

*ELEVATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: Cave Creek Wash – Between Roosevelt Street to Garfield Street, East of 17^th Avenue; City of Phoenix.  Provided survey elevation and control datum information necessary for the completion of elevation certificates for structures within and existing flood hazard Zone AE. The project is located at section 6, Township 1 North, Range 3 East between Roosevelt Street and Garfield Street and the east side of 17^th Avenue. The elevation certificate program provides elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances, to determine the proper insurance premium rate and to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) for individual properties if applicable.
